 Texas Beasts Youth Sports Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Texas Beasts youth sports organization. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our programs, events, and activities. By registering for or participating in any Texas Beasts event, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not participate in our programs.

3. Eligibility

Participation in Texas Beasts programs is open to youth athletes aged 5-18. All participants must meet the age requirements as of the date of registration. Parents or guardians must complete registration forms on behalf of participants under the age of 18.

4. Registration and Fees

All participants must register online through the Texas Beasts website. Registration fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable. Fees cover participation in practices, games, uniforms, and other related activities.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times. This includes respecting coaches, officials, teammates, opponents, and spectators. Any inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the program.

6. Health and Safety

Participants must provide a current medical release form signed by a parent or guardian before engaging in any physical activity with Texas Beasts. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is physically fit to participate in sports activities.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in Texas Beasts programs, participants (and their guardians) acknowledge the risks associated with athletic participation and agree to waive any claims against Texas Beasts for injuries sustained during practices or games.

8. Media Release

Participants grant Texas Beasts permission to use photographs or videos taken during events for promotional purposes without compensation or further approval.

9. Zero Refund Policy

All registration fees, deposits, installment payments, late fees, uniform fees, equipment fees, fundraising payments, and any other payments made to or on behalf of Texas Beasts Youth Sports Organization are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By registering an athlete or submitting payment, the parent, guardian, participant, or purchaser acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued, including, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

• Voluntary withdrawal  from the organization or team.
• An athlete deciding that they no longer wish to participate.
• Scheduling conflicts involving school, school athletics, other sports, extracurricular activities, vacations, transportation, employment, or family obligations.
• Missed practices, games, competitions, tournaments, or organizational events.
• Injury, illness, medical conditions, or inability to participate.
• Relocation or change of residence.
• Suspension, dismissal, or removal of an athlete or family due to disciplinary matters or violations of organizational, team, league, facility, or code-of-conduct requirements.
• Disagreement with coaching decisions, playing time, position assignments, team placement, depth-chart placement, practice structure, or organizational decisions.
• Changes to coaches, staff, rosters, opponents, leagues, facilities, practice locations, game locations, schedules, tournaments, or competition dates.
• Practices, games, or events being postponed, rescheduled, relocated, shortened, or canceled because of weather, field conditions, facility availability, league      decisions, safety concerns, acts of God, or circumstances outside the      reasonable control of Texas Beasts.
• Uniforms, apparel, equipment, customized merchandise, or other items that have already been      ordered, produced, personalized, or allocated for an athlete.

Texas Beasts commits funds and resources based on athlete registrations and roster commitments. Registration payments may be used toward uniforms, equipment, helmets, league fees, insurance, facilities, field rentals, officials, security, staffing, administrative expenses, tournaments, media services, and other operational expenses. Many of these costs are paid or financially committed before the completion of the season and may not be recoverable if an athlete withdraws.

Families utilizing a payment plan remain responsible for financial obligations associated with items, services, uniforms, equipment, or organizational expenses already ordered, purchased, committed, or provided on behalf of the athlete. Withdrawal or non-participation does not automatically eliminate such obligations.

Texas Beasts may, at its sole discretion, provide an account credit, transfer, scholarship adjustment, or other accommodation in an extraordinary circumstance. Any such accommodation is a one-time exception and does not create an entitlement to a refund or establish a precedent for future requests.

Unless Texas Beasts provides written authorization stating otherwise, no cash, credit-card, electronic, or other monetary refunds will be issued.

By completing ANY athlete registration, submitting payment, or allowing an athlete to participate, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to this Zero Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments

Texas Beasts reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
